PORTUGAL ELEITO MELHOR DESTINO EUROPEU NOS WORLD TRAVEL AWARDS

worldPortugal arrecadou um total de 37 prémios na edição de 2017 dos World Travel Awards, durante o evento ‘Europe Gala Ceremony 2017′, que decorreu no sábado, dia 29 de Setembro, em São Petersburgo, na Rússia. O País foi distinguido com 22 prémios na categoria Europa, 14 na categoria Portugal e um na categoria Mediterrâneo.
Portugal foi eleito na categoria de Europe’s Leading Destination e o Turismo de Portugal repetiu o prémio de ‘Europe’s Leading Tourist Board’. A Madeira voltou a ser o melhor destino insular do continente europeu e o Algarve o melhor destino de praia. A TAP Air Portugal saiu vencedora em três categorias – ‘Europe’s Leading Airline to Africa’, ‘Europe’s Leading Airline to South America’ e a sua revista de bordo, a UP Magazine, foi considerada ‘Europe’s Leading Inflight Magazine’.
